With the Winter Olympics capturing global attention, a recent installation at Planet Ice highlights ongoing efforts to enhance safety for skaters and aspiring athletes.
We are pleased to announce the successful supply of five custom-made safety pads to Planet Ice - their second order in recent years. The repeat partnership reflects continued trust in our bespoke protective solutions for ice rink environments.
Each pad was manufactured to precise specifications, measuring 310mm x 310mm x 1800mm, and constructed using 75mm thick high-impact foam to provide enhanced protection against collisions on the ice. The pads were finished with Royal Blue washable PVC covers, carefully matched to the client’s previous order to ensure visual consistency throughout the facility.
These installations contribute to a safer training environment for skaters of all levels, helping protect the next generation of winter sports athletes as they develop their skills.
