This policy is written for Marketing Results Limited and its subsidiary company (Birchwood Trading).

The registered office of Marketing Results Limited is at 3 Ravenhurst Court, Birchwood, Warrington, Cheshire, WA3 6PN and we are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 3964900.

We are registered on the Information Commissioner's Office Register of Data Controllers under registration number Z5487135, and act as both the data controller and data processor. Our designated Appointed Person for the organisation is Michelle Cain, and we can be contacted at the above address.


1. Introduction

Marketing Results Ltd may gather and use certain personal information about individuals during the course of its business operations. Personal information may be used from customers, suppliers, business contacts, employees and other people the organisation has a relationship with or may need to contact.

Our Privacy Policy details the practices we use in connection with the information that we collect through our websites and, and any other websites managed by us. It also covers how we will use and store any personal information collected through emails, verbal communication and by post.

8. Retaining and Deleting Personal Data

Personal data that we process for any purpose shall not be kept for longer than is necessary.

We will keep your personal data for the duration that you are a customer with us, keeping this data secure and accurate throughout this time.

Payment details will not be retained. Credit card details are taken for the purpose of the single transaction and are destroyed immediately afterwards.

After you stop being a customer with us we may keep your data for the purpose of responding to any questions or complaints and to demonstrate that we treated you fairly during this time. During this time we will store your data securely, and when we will delete your data we will do this in a secure way.

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. We seek to use reasonable organisational, technical and administrative measures designed to protect Personal Information within our organisation. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, then you must contact us immediately.

14. How You Can Access, Change or Withdraw Consent
